East India Company Bombay presidency Stamp Paper

Dear Friends, last month during a exhibition in Chennai, i have attracted towards a stamp paper lot, but the dealer quote was 5000/- for a stamp paper. i was forced to drop the idea to own it. but i have asked dealer to send the images to me. i am just sharing those images to you all

    dear rohit,
    i have the same kind of stamp paper but of madras stamp office. it had printed around 1860's.but there is no information about whether it printed for east india company or not.Rs.5000 is not a reasonable price for that item.i am very happy to know that you are seriously collecting stamp papers . keep in touch .

    Nice to see yr blog my kind advise is that you should keep image size medium & add some colorful fonts to make your blog more attractive

    I ran across a similar item that was in a box of mixed items from a local stamp shop. The one I have, the outer frame or edge has been cut off. I has on rupee and the dates 1857 on one side and 1858 on the other. The letter on the left is "I" top is "E" and the right side is "C". On the bottom, it has No on the left and 11 on the right side. I have no idea as to it's value.
